We have outlined our process below to give you a little understanding of what you can expect.

The process

Semi-Custom Orders

For Semi-Custom orders, we will provide a draft of your chosen stationery design with the information provided to us, along with a quote within 2 business days. If you are happy to proceed, a deposit must be paid before we can begin with file production.

You will then be provided with your final digital proof for sign off, (please check all information is correct) and your final invoice. Once happy, payment must be made before we send off your stationery for print. We require 5-10 business days to print, package and deliver your order.

If you asked for a digital 'Save the Date', we will send your high res digital copy within 2 business days of reciept of final payment.

Bespoke Custom Orders

Customised Suites have a timeframe of 4-8 weeks.

Firstly, book a zoom call with us so that we can discuss your wedding theme, ideas and your requirements. We will ask you to share your inspiration with us beforehand, preferably by way of a Pinterest board.

After this, we will send through a quote which will include your initial deposit. If you are happy to proceed with this, the deposit must be paid before the design process can begin.

Once design is underway, you will receive your first digital proof of your suite within 2 weeks. You will then have a maximum of two rounds of revisions where you can make changes. Any additional revisions will incur an additional fee so it is important to keep your feedback as concise as possible.

When you are happy, your design is then set up for print. Your final design proof will be sent to you, please TRIPLE CHECK all details, dates, spelling, colours etc are correct. Once complete, please then confirm for print production.

After sign-off has been received on your final digital proof, we require 5-10 business days to print, package and send out your order.

Once your stationery suite has been approved for print production, you will be sent your final invoice for the remaining design, production and delivery costs.

Stationery will not be dispatched until final invoice payment has been received.
